Meet the Founder,
Nikki O’Meara
I’m a digital strategist, marketer, lifelong question-asker — and the person people tend to call when they have approximately 47 ideas and need someone to figure out what the hell to do with them.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked across marketing, advertising, PR, content, digital strategy, websites, SEO, branding and audience growth.
I’ve helped businesses figure out what they’re building, who they’re trying to reach, what they should say, what isn’t working — and how all of those pieces fit together.
And somewhere along the way, I realized:
That’s also the thing I love doing most.
Because sometimes the problem isn’t that you need another idea.
You need a way to organize the ones you already have.
I know what it feels like to have a lot of interests, a lot of ideas and a brain that can see twelve possible paths at once.
I’ve freelanced.
Built websites.
Started businesses.
Created a podcast.
Chased ideas.
Changed directions.
And spent plenty of time wondering which thing I was supposed to pick.
Eventually I realized the common thread was never one particular business or platform.
I love taking a pile of ideas and turning it into a plan.
That’s part of why I created Wayfinder.
There isn’t one right way to build a business online.
The better questions are:
What are you actually building?
Who is it for?
What should you sell?
How should you talk about it?
Where should your business live online?
How are the right people going to find you?
And once they do — how do they become customers?
Those are the questions I care about.
I don’t think you automatically need to be on every platform.
I don’t think everyone needs a course, a membership, a giant audience or twelve different offers.
And I definitely don’t think the goal is to build the biggest possible business just because you can.

Jocelyn Parkhouse, Owner, Honey Hair Co.
“I can’t say enough great things about Nikki! She did an amazing job creating our Honey Hair Co. website. Not only is her work beautiful and easy to navigate, but she was also so patient and understanding throughout our long (and sometimes chaotic) build process. Nikki stayed organized, was incredibly prompt with every update, and carried herself with total professionalism from start to finish. I’m so thankful we had her expertise to bring our vision to life.”
“Highly recommend working with her!”
Bring me the mess.
Wayfinder is for the person who knows she wants to build something — or already has — but can't quite get all the pieces to click.
Maybe you can see too many possibilities.
Maybe your business has evolved and your website hasn't caught up.
Maybe you don't know what to sell, who you're talking to or where you should be showing up.
Maybe you've collected enough marketing advice to last three lifetimes and somehow feel less clear than when you started.
You don't need to figure it all out before we talk.
That's the part I help with.
